Founder & CEOBruce Thompson is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience founding, scaling, and exiting technology ventures across automotive, fintech, AI, and energy. Through his family office, T5 Holdings, he manages and deploys the wealth created from these exits into high-growth sectors, including green energy, mobility, and artificial intelligence.

Co-Founder & President
Cole Fisher is the Co-Founder and President of T5 Smackover Partners, bringing over a decade of leadership at the intersection of energy, technology, and finance. At T5, Cole drives strategy, management, and execution for the next-generation geothermal, critical minerals, and lithium company — one redefining how America sources and develops its most critical energy resources.Prior to T5 Smackover Partners, Cole led global business development and commercial strategy for decarbonization solutions at GE Vernova. He is also a Partner at T5 Holdings, a diversified holding company with strategic investments spanning technology and energy.
Cole began his career in finance and holds an MBA from Rice University and a BA from Trinity College.

Chief Financial Officer
Stacy McEntee serves as Chief Financial Officer of T5 Smackover Partners, bringing nearly three decades of experience across commercial lending, operations, and financing. Her career spans leadership roles at Bank of America, Capital One, Legacy Bank, BBVA, and most recently Guaranty Bank.
Stacy’s background extends beyond finance. Raised in an agricultural community and deeply engaged in land stewardship, she brings a practical understanding of working collaboratively with landowners and ensuring responsible resource development—core to T5’s mission and long‑term commitments. Her approach emphasizes transparency and maintaining trust with stakeholders across project lifecycle.
In addition to her professional expertise, Stacy is an active community leader. She mentors youth through FFA and 4‑H programs, supports agricultural education initiatives, and serves on multiple boards, including the Texas Livestock Committee, the local Chamber of Commerce, and as Treasurer of the Royse City Education Foundation.
Stacy’s combined strengths in finance, operations, and land stewardship reinforce T5’s commitment to responsible development while delivering durable value to partners, landowners, and the communities in which it operates.

Vice President of Land
Robert Major has over twenty-five years of experience as a Petroleum Landman. He began his career as an in-house Landman with Toreador Resources Corporation in Dallas, Texas and was responsible for the daily management of their 2.6 million gross mineral acres underlying 4,000 wells covering Alabama, Arkansas, California, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi and Texas. After Toreador’s divestiture to Black Stone Acquisition Partners I LP, Robert began consulting as a Field Landman and was involved in assembling a portfolio of prospects in the Anadarko Basin comprising 20,000 acres.
He was active in the Barnett Shale Play in North Central Texas wherein he was directly responsible for the acquisition and divestiture of over 60,000 acres which resulted in the drilling of over two hundreds wells in Montague, Wise and Cooke Counties, Texas. The experience afforded as an in-house Landman and field operations are integral to his success in Due Diligence, Lease negotiations and Land Management.
Mr. Major owns and is instrumental in the operation of ICAP Resources Corporation, a family-owned Land Brokerage, Consulting Firm and Mineral Holdings Company with a portfolio of minerals and royalties covering lands in the state of Texas. He is currently a Member of the Dallas Petroleum Club.

Managing Director, Hamilton Clark Sustainable Capital | Former Deputy General Counsel, U.S. Department of Energy
Rob Edwards is a senior energy executive with more than 30 years of experience across the U.S. electric sector, critical minerals, energy storage, and adjacent industries. Over the course of his career, he has closed more than $25 billion in energy and auto project financings and M&A transactions covering domestic power markets, renewable energy, energy infrastructure, and electric vehicles.
Rob brings to T5 Smackover Partners a depth of investment banking and legal experience in the development, construction, and operation of energy projects, alongside deep knowledge of U.S. government financing and grant programs across the Department of Energy, EXIM, and the Development Finance Corporation.
He began his career as a project finance lawyer, spending 13 years at Hunton & Williams where he became an equity partner advising major utilities on the development, financing, and construction of power plants and M&A transactions across the United States and Mexico. He later served as a Senior Presidential Appointee at the U.S. Department of Energy as Deputy General Counsel for Energy Policy, negotiating the landmark $465 million DOE ATVM loan closed in 2010 that funded Tesla's Model S assembly line. He also served on JPMorgan Chase's Global Commodities Group structured finance team in New York City, advising on complex energy commodity transactions across the power, natural gas, and clean technology sectors. In 2021, Rob returned to the DOE as the first Director of the Outreach and Business Development Division of the Office of Energy Dominance Financing.
Today, Rob serves as Managing Director at Hamilton Clark Sustainable Capital, a FINRA-member investment bank focused on energy transition financing, and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Maryland Clean Energy Center, confirmed by the Maryland State Senate. A Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, Rob holds a joint JD/MBA from Stanford Law School and the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and an AB magna cum laude in Economics from Harvard University.

Scott Ramsey is the Founder and CEO of Denali Asset Management and a veteran global macro investor with more than four decades of experience analyzing commodity markets, energy cycles, and largescale structural trends. He began his trading career in 1979 and went on to build Denali into a respected discretionary macro fund, recognized for its disciplined risk management and thematic investment approach.
Scott’s expertise spans interest rates, currencies, and—critically for the energy transition—global commodities and resource markets. His ability to evaluate longcycle macroeconomic forces has been featured in Hedge Fund Market Wizards by Jack Schwager, where he is profiled as one of the industry’s leading macro thinkers.
Since transitioning Denali to a family office in 2019, Scott has expanded the firm’s mandate into venture capital and private equity, with a focus on transformative sectors including nextgeneration energy technologies, artificial intelligence, disruptive tech, and advanced materials. His work in these areas reflects a deep interest in identifying earlystage innovations with the potential to reshape global supply chains and longterm resource demand trends.
Scott brings to the board a unique combination of macroeconomic insight, capital allocation experience, and long-term strategic judgment. His background in evaluating commodity cycles, assessing geopolitical risk, and financing emerging technologies provides valuable perspective as the company advances its geothermal and lithium development initiatives.
He lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and their two daughters. Apart from Scott’s love and passion for family and markets, he enjoys tennis, boating, snowboarding, fine art, good wine, and fast cars.

Shawn Mobley is a seasoned executive whose career spans the most demanding growth and governance challenges in American enterprise. As Chief Revenue Officer of UnitedHealth Group — one of the world's largest and most operationally complex healthcare organizations — Shawn led large-scale corporate development, growth strategy, and enterprise execution at Fortune 500 scale.
His experience building high-performance organizations, navigating regulatory environments, and aligning diverse stakeholder groups translates directly to the demands of a maturing critical minerals platform. Shawn brings Fortune 500 leadership discipline and compliance rigor to T5 Smackover Partners, strengthening the company's organizational credibility with institutional investors and regulatory bodies alike.

Operations and Project Leader
Tim Mullen is a seasoned oil and gas operator with over two decades of experience leading multi-discipline teams and delivering complex, high-stakes projects ahead of schedule and under budget. His prior experience includes Vice President of Operations at Silverback Exploration, and Vice President of Operations at Chief Oil & Gas, the largest privately-owned natural gas producer in the United States. Prior to these executive roles, Tim served as Production and Facilities Manager at Newfield Exploration, Drilling Engineer at EOG Resources, and Production & Facilities Engineer at Anadarko Petroleum.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University.

Engineering Leader
Michael Feaga is an experienced engineer and team leader. With a career spanning operations and technical engineering, Michael has consistently optimized teams, processes, and projects to deliver measurable results and long-term value.
Over the past 15 years, he has led global development and execution across heavy industrial and energy sectors, holding key roles such as Operations Manager at Legion Water Services (Avant Natural Resources subsidiary), Facilities Manager at Silverback Exploration, and Project Manager at Tito’s. Earlier in his career, Michael served as Principal Engineer at Equinor, Statoil, and ExxonMobil, where he began as a field and materials engineer.
Michael holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, where his graduate thesis focused on Materials Science.

His leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of capital deployment, risk management, and long-term value creation. Alex holds a B.A. from Purdue University and remains passionate about transforming bold concepts into enduring enterprises.

Drilling and Engineering
Stephen Martinez brings over 25 years of expertise in the oil and gas energy sector. Starting as a Drilling and Completions Engineer with early international experience in the Middle East. Stephen managed drilling and completions operations for the Bass Family (BOPCO LP) for over a decade where he achieved notable success by leading teams to set two world records in extended reach horizontal drilling, earning the Society of Petroleum Engineers’ Distinguished Engineer Award in 2015. He has specialized in the design of deep, high-volume saltwater disposal wells (SWDs) and managed extensive SWD pipeline infrastructure, culminating in senior engineering and operations roles at firms like Aris Water and ExxonMobil. His career also includes strategic drilling management and consulting, leveraging his extensive technical and operational achievements.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Geology and Seismic
Richard “Dick” Boyce, a Colorado School of Mines–trained Geophysical Engineer (’78) and licensed Professional Geoscientist in Texas, has over 40 years of global oil and gas exploration and development experience, combining technical expertise in seismic acquisition, processing, and interpretation with strong commercial and project management skills.
A former geophysicist and exploration leader at Superior Oil and Hunt Oil, including international roles in Yemen Ethiopia, and Guyana among many others. He founded his Dallas-based consulting firm, dB, LLC, in 1996. Dick is recognized for his ability to integrate geoscience and engineering disciplines with business strategy, creating and promoting successful oil and gas ventures worldwide. He is an active member of AAPG, SEG, SIPES, and AIPN.

Geology and Seismic
Jack Boyce grew up in the family exploration business, gaining early hands-on experience in mapping, seismic interpretation, economics, and deal-making that shaped a geoscientist with both technical fluency and commercial instincts. He has worked across nearly every major U.S. basin including; the Permian, Haynesville, Bakken, Marcellus, East Texas, South Texas, the Mid-Continent, and the Gulf of Mexico. He has also worked numerous international frontiers from Guyana and Nigeria to Turkey, Oman, Argentina, and the Falklands. He has a wide breadth of experience spanning conventional and unconventional plays, deepwater and onshore, mature fields and frontier basins. Beyond his geologic expertise, Jack is recognized for his ability to communicate complex geologic systems with compelling clarity, a talent that has helped secure numerous successful transactions. He is proficient in leading geological and geophysical platforms, including Petra, Petrel, SMT Kingdom, and Subsurface AI.
